This is the MUST have book for all things organic beauty.  Every topic you would want is covered.  I love all the topics and I especially loved how to made your own homemade natural food coloring.  My son has an issue with gluten and we are now living a more organic life while eating and now I feel that I have come full circle living more organically with my beauty items.  This is my new favorite "cookbook" since it has over 400 recipes for homemade items.  My skin has never been more soft, hair fuller or food healthier.  I absolutely LOVE this book and rate it 5 stars!!!
