Rollins delivers again in The Seventh Plague. A storyline that continues to intrigue and
follows his tried and true writing style of engaging the reader with present
day technology, real world fighting tactics, and secrets shrouded in mysticism. Each chapter leaves you asking questions to
include at one point, “are the bad guys, really bad guys?”. Sigma Force’s staple of characters expertly fulfills
their roles and we are further exposed to the assassin world where Seichan learned
how to hone her craft.
The bigger issue and question all fans of Rollins need to
start asking, “It’s time to adapt these books not to movies but to original
series via Netflix, Amazon, Cinimax, etc.
A single two hour movie can not do justice to the development of
characters and storylines these books deserve.
Great TV could happen by turning each individual novel into a multiple
episode series worthy of binge watching.
