I have found coloring to be a bit of a meditative experience. I set aside at least 20 minutes a few times a week for this very relaxing activity. I find this particular coloring book to be very enjoyable as I loved that some of the pictures had sayings, words and quotes while others were just beautiful drawings. It is easy to get lost in the very dreamy and inspiring drawings. I have colored the below picture using ultra fine markers, I love that there endless ways to create your own works of art. 4 stars
