Echo Lake by Carla Neggers:
We are taken to the snowy shores of Echo Lake in Knights Bridge, MA to see two old friends fall in love. Heather Sloan is renovating an old Victorian house for Vic Scarlatti, when a once inhabitant of Knights Bridge, Brody Hancock comes to Vic. In the midst of the attraction between Heather and Brody there are funny things happening during the renovation. This is a wonderful love story with a little bit of mystery. Carla Neggers is a wonderful writer and continues to captivate her readers in this book. I give it 5 stars.
This is a great anthology of three wonderful stories. Each story takes you on an adventure of the main characters discovering their attraction for each other. These stories are fun, not too deep and quick reads. The heroes in the stories are all men who are doctors, they all bring some special talent to the women who fall for them. I would give this book 4 stars. It is a great romance read.
Summer Champagne by Jennifer Gracen:
In this fourth and final installment of the Seasons of Love series we still see Sam and Lydia as a real couple. They have lots of ups and downs over the "seasons" and have managed to prevail through it all. This last book wraps everything up; it will bring tears to your eyes and love in your heart. I absolutely loved this book. I give it 5 stars. You have to read this series.
Sons of Dragons: Legends of Oblivion by Andrea Cooper:
Son of Dragons is an exciting and entertaining fantasy that keeps you hooked until the very end. The descriptions take the reader into this fascinating world. Andrea Cooper does a wonderful job of describing her characters and bringing them to life for the reader. This is a great series to read. I give it 4 stars.
