Tease: The Ivy Chronicles by Sophie Jordan
About the book: What happens when a girl who always calls the shots meets a guy who's too wild for even her?
A born flirt and good-time party girl, Emerson has never had a problem finding a willing guy. She's always chosen her hookups carefully, and she's never broken her three cardinal rules:
Never let them see the real you.
Never fall in love.
Always leave them begging for more.
Then Shaw comes along. A hottie from the wrong side of the tracks, he's immune to her flirtatious banter and come-hither smile. After rescuing her from a disastrous night at a biker bar, he doesn't even try to take her to bed—he calls her a tease and sends her home instead. Unable to resist a challenge, or forget the sexy, dark-eyed, bad-boy biker, she vows to bring him to his knees.
But instead of making Shaw beg, Emerson finds herself craving him. For the first time in her life, she's throwing out her rule book. Suddenly, she's the one panting for a guy she can't control—a guy who won't settle for anything less than the real Emerson and who forces her to do things she's never imagined, including facing a past she thought she'd buried.
A guy who just might leave her wanting more. . .
Mandy's Review: I really enjoyed this book. Sophie Jordan does an awesome job of telling the story of Emerson and Shaw. Emerson is a girl who has an image to keep up but Shaw sees right through it. Throughout the story Emerson tries to reel Shaw in but in the end its Shaw who gets the girl. Emerson is hiding her true self from her friends and the boys she dates. Shaw is a complex man who is very mature and not into playing games. Shaw makes Emerson see her true self and worth in life. This is a great romance that was intense, emotional and overall great read. I give it 4 stars.

Blind Faith by Rebecca Zanetti
About the Book:
A betrayal he couldn't forget . . .
For Nate Dean, love is a four-letter word. As part of a secret black-ops military unit, he and his brothers were genetically engineered by the government to be ruthless soldiers with an expiration date. They were loyal only to one another . . . until Nate laid eyes on the woman who stole his heart and blew his world apart. Now, years later, his family is still paying the price for his mistake. But as time runs out, there's only one person who can save his family: the very woman Nate swore he'd never trust again.
A love she couldn't deny . . .
The moment Audrey Madison spies Nate across a crowded ballroom, she can barely breathe. He's just as undeniably sexy as she remembers, yet there's an edge to him now that's as irresistible as it is dangerous. When he asks for her help, Audrey can't refuse. But she has secrets of her own-secrets that, if Nate ever discovers them, may cost them both their lives .
Mandy's Review: This is the third book in the Sin Brothers Series. This is the story of Nate Dean. Nate is bent on revenge against the man who created him and his brothers to become killing machines. Audrey Madison is the one woman Nate truly loved but she broke his heart along the way. Nate's latest mission is to find out if his other brother is still alive and to get information regarding the kill chips. He needs Audrey for that. Rebecca is a masterful story teller who reels the reader in and keeps them in until the very end. This is my favorite book in the series so far. I loved watching Nate and Audrey get back together. There is lots of action, love and intensity in this book. You have to read this book. I give it 5 stars.

Another six months have passed since we last eavesdropped on the hilarious, poignant and often times inappropriate email adventures of Renee and friends. As the light-hearted, slice of life story continues to unfold, relationships are tested and some need to be set "right" before everyone can find their "happily ever after."

About the Book: Alternate cover edition for 9780615860350
For every girl who wondered if she should love him or dump him.....
For every girl who listened to her heart instead of her friends advice....
For every girl who l wondered if she was wasting her time dating that guy....
meet Hilary....
She had gotten used to dating the commitment-phobic Marc, thirteen years her senior. They had a great relationship--why rush into things? She saw no need to pressure him for marriage, believing that when the time was right, he would propose. But after they had been together for four years, their friends decided to take matters into their own hands, pushing Marc to propose and making Hilary realize how much she really did want to marry the man that she loved. Unfortunately, Marc still wasn't ready--and their friends' meddling in the form of a faux engagement party led to a disastrous New Year's Eve that brought their relationship to an inevitable turning point.
Mandy's Review: Hillary takes her life story of how she met the love of her life and put it into words. I felt all the emotions this story had to offer from the very beginning to the very end. It was all there in this story; the good, the bad and the ugly. It was a great book and I recommend this book to all. I give it 4 stars.
