Renegade by Nancy Allen

#FirstLine ~ The hanging overhead lights cast a greenish tint on the face of the jury foreperson as she passed the verdict form to the bailiff.
This was a great legal thriller that kept me engaged cover to cover. I loved that this story surrounds a less than perfect main female character who is forced to face her flaws and learn to tackle her demons. You will find that this story is unusual and original in all the right ways and places. You are left hanging at the end of this novel, which means a second is coming. A great read and a series that I will continue with!
