I Am Definitely, Probably Enough (I Think) by Tori Press

I Am Definitely, Probably Enough (I Think) follows author Tori Press as she grapples with feelings of not being "enough," and issues with perfectionism, negative self-talk, anxiety and depression on her journey to finding true self-love.

Through her beautiful illustrations (which you may recognize from her wildly popular Instagram account @revelatori), Tori shows readers her many ups-and-downs as she learns that practicing self-compassion is a messy business with setbacks and successes, that no one is truly flawless, and that striving to accept your whole self- including your struggles- is the real key to finding self-love.

If you’ve ever felt like an impostor, a failure, or just like you don’t stack up, this is the book for you.

My rating: 5 of 5 stars

This book is everything. We need so much more encouragement than we did in the past and this book has that and then some. Adorable illustrations accompany amazing little quotes and tidbits! We all need to work a bit on our self-acceptance and giving ourselves a bit a grace. We all need to cut ourselves some slack and realize we are not, and never will be, perfect! I love that Press created a book that brings us those messages in a whimsical way! This is the perfect gift for the holidays and EVERY DAY!!
