This book is quite speculator! Within this amazing book there are hundreds of photos of some of the coolest things about dinosaurs. In addition to all the fabulous photos, there are facts and tidbits galore. While you peruse the book you can look through the chapters and read things that interest you the most. The book is broken up into four parts: Discovering Dinosaurs, The Ornithischians, The Saurischians and The Dino Dictionary. When this book arrived my son was instantly reading it bouncing from topic to topic...all I heard was "Did you know that...." followed by some amazing factoids and "Wow, look at this..." followed by me looking at some crazy cool things. These are the type of books that capture the attention of young readers because they have amazing vibrant photos and fun facts. I love that I can trust that my child will be learning interesting and important facts and that their attention will be captured over the winter with this book. Every time you open it up you read you learn something new. This will be a staple read for my boys over the winter! 5 stars.

This book is one of the BEST I have seen! It is awesome how it is laid out!!! It is like a vision sensation! There is so much to look at and read. I am sure that you could read this over and over and over and learn something new! Here is a fun tidbit: The more you concentrate the less you blink. Also, caves can be formed by earthquakes. Learn about so much awesome and wacky facts in this book. This book has 184 pages and is filled cover-to-cover with so many pictures and facts. It is jam packed with things that I find fun, interesting and oh so strange! My kids love this book so much too and I hear them taking about the cook facts they are learning. What a great way for kids to spend time together!! 5 stars

Oh my goodness, this book is so funny! I was laughing so hard and had my kids laughing too, as I was reading off the jokes. They are silly and are accompanied by photos you have come to love and appreciate in these books because Nat Geo Kids knows what the readers love. They capture what keep kids entertained and they capture what parents want in their child's reading materials. This book has 10 chapters: Far-Out Silliness, Hilarious History, Comical Cuisine, Funny Bones, Sidesplitting Science, Nutty Nature, Amusing Athletics, Gross Gags, Giggles on the Go and Jokes You Can Count On. The book contains over 1,000 jokes and pictures, which is sure to keep the kids reading, laughing and having fun for hours on end. I love that we can toss this book in the car and have fun while driving from activity to activity. It will help add to making memories over the holiday season.

REVIEW: 
Any child that has any interest in poetry, pictures and stories and loves baby animals (which let's be honest, that is everyone) and appreciates the beauty of nature needs this book! It book has both breathtaking photos and the poems  and stories are just stunning! I don't think that I can truly capture the absolute beauty that is in this book! The photos...seriously...I can get lost inside them and the poems and stories that accompany them take you even further into the beauty and splendor of nature and the complete breathtaking beauty and cuteness of baby animals ! 5 stars!!
