Choosing a recipe:  Jo's Bar Applesauce-Stuffed French Toast

The chef's and the ingredientsWe had to make some changes due to my son's gluten intolerance.  We did not use thick toast, which we will next time and we used skim milk. The end result differed a little in looks, but NOT at all in taste.  It was amazing and my whole family devoured it!
