This book is beautiful.  I mean, WOW.  I just loved looking at it with my boys and searching for the animals.  You learn so much about unusual and neat animals while visiting the following regions of the world:  Africa, Asia, Europe, Polar Regions, North America, South America, Australasia.  This was a vision sensation and something I have never seen before.  The cut-paper illustrations are just stunning.  I love learning all the facts and finding the answers to all the questions throughout the book in the back.  What a treat for kids and adults a like!
